This resource will guide you step by step through the online space request process.

Requesting a Space for a University Function
Members of the CUA community may request event space for university functions on-line at http://events.cua.edu. An on-line tutorial for scheduling can be found here.

University Van Requests
Three university vans are available to CUA student organizations, departments and offices for university related purposes. There is a daily rental fee.

Academic Scheduling
The office of Enrollment Services schedules all classes and exams. Requests for changes to the academic schedule should be directed to the office of the Registrar at 319-5311. To request a space for academic use (comprehensive exams, review session, etc.), please submit a space request through events.cua.edu and be sure to check "Academic Credit" under Room/Event Requirements.
